In October of 2006 two young gentlemen made an appointment to see me, and arrived to promote house and land packages in Ipswich. My (momentous) Momentum experience began in January 2007 after hearing Adam and Zac at their Canberra presentation and I decided to purchase a new house and land package rather than an already established unit or town house as I had already done several times. The process was much more prolonged than buying an established dwelling and the first time buyer needs patience and faith in the final result. Zac and Adam were always available to answer queries and ensure my confidence in the outcome and successful completion of the project. Regular emailed updates on construction including photos by Samantha Rice the Portfolio manager and transport to the building sites whenever required by Zac made the building experience an exciting and inclusive one for me as the buyer.

I have been a real estate investor for 20 years and I have met all types of people in the game. In the last year I have been introduced to the Momentum team and I found them to be ethical and reliable, just as they say they are. Recently, for example, I purchased several land-house investment package from them and one of these ran into unexpected expense - the land would need earthworks to suit any house the builders had available. As a result this investment would be less profitable. Momentum suggested that rather than proceed with the building that I sell the land to someone that could make better use of it. This recommendation would result in Momentum receiving either a reduced commission or none at all if I now chose to proceed with another agent. We discussed this and I was told not to worry about that as they felt that they had not delivered on their original promise.
