Father and Son and joint owners of Sequence Building Solutions, Norm and Lister Davey offer a strong industry network coupled with a high level of knowledge and experience. General Manager, Norm Davey obtained his Builder’s Licence in 2001 and was honoured to receive the Young Business Person of the Year Award in the Ipswich Chamber of Commerce Business Awards in 2006. Together, they have built a solid reputation within the building industry and bring over 18 collective years experience to Sequence Building Solutions. The company also holds an Open Building License.

Our specialised team provides well executed construction documentation, and coordination of an outstanding group of contractors, consultants and suppliers. Through our cutting edge construction programming system Siquesto, we draw on our bank of like minded professionals to manage a harmonious workflow and produce an excellent product on budget and to the best time frame possible.

Sequences' building process has distinguished our reputation in the market as not only a reliable company, but a company who also has a process which streamlines the payments of our accounts meaning our contractors and suppliers ‘want’ to work with us. As a result we are empowered to be selective, choosing to work with only the best in the industry.

Our capacity in terms of pure construction is extremely large, therefore resulting in lower overheads and positioning us as a truly cost effective building solutions provider.

The company obtained its Open Building Licence due to a vast amount of experience amongst its employees in the area of commercial building. This includes shopping centres, multi-level concrete buildings, large halls and sheds.

Although our main focus has been in the area of residential homes to date, our success in the industry has motivated us to concentrate on the commercial sector as a crucial part of our portfolio.
