BMW Homes is a locally owned, operated and debt free company, which has been committed to building high quality homes for first and subsequent home buyers, as well as investors for over 14 years in the South East Queensland.

BMW Homes is set up to build a maximum of two hundred homes a year and no more. This, we believe, is the only way a company can give both the quality and customer service, you as a new home owner deserves. These two principles, quality of construction and customer service, are what the whole BMW Homes team are dedicated to and excel at. Your new home is a large investment and a an investment that will provide plenty of memorable moments, hence the importance that the building experience is nothing but a joy, in watching your future grow in front of you. BMW Homes provides a service which is second to none; hence consistently people build home after home with the BMW team. From our highly experienced sales team to our on-site construction crew, every facet of the process is overseen by the company director. The finished product is a home that has been built within a friendly, trouble free atmosphere and to the most professional of standards.

The company is made up of company director, highly qualified and motivated design and sales team, friendly office team and qualified experienced licensed on-site tradespeople. BMW Homes is a member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA) and is also a licensed Gold Cardholder (Lic. number 1028334). The director, Brad Wimpenny is also a Queensland Building Services Authority (QBSA) Gold Card license holder in his own right as well as being a qualified carpenter. Our tradespeople are Gold Card license holders and are hand picked to provide the highest quality of workmanship to each home. This will give you the owner a firm base in respect to the dependability of the construction of your new home.
