Adam Albrecht and Zac Glenister have been friends and business associates for the last 14 years. Having met and both attended Billanook Private College in Victoria, on completion of their education they shortly moved to the Sunshine State Queensland!

Adam had a very successful career within the building industry for a period of over 5 years. Adam was the number 1 sales person for Newstart Homes. Following this was an easy progression for Adam to move into the land side of the industry. Adam worked for FKP at their master planned community Peregian Springs on the Sunshine Coast. Adam and his father Bill Albrecht were a formidable sales team and were known throughout the industry for doing that bit extra for their clients. Adam continued his success at FKP for 3 years.

At the same time after a successful stint within the IT Security field, Zac decided to join Adam in the development game and was offered a position in sales within FKP at Peregian Springs on the Sunshine Coast. The next three years were both busy and challenging due to the fact that the property boom had finished and by this stage buyers were highly educated and weary of developers and their high prices. This allowed Zac to really focus on what clients needed and what had to be done for the client. This has lead to many successful outcomes for both parties.

Zac was named the Land Sales person of the year for 2 straight years at FKP!

In the last 12 months of Adam and Zac working for large developers they started to notice that the customer service skills they provided their clients were not appreciated by these multinational land developers. Adam and Zac after much deliberation decided to branch out and create Momentum Property Marketing and Momentum Property Solutions Pty Ltd.

Zac Glenister manages all aspects of the customer service and selling of our products. Adam manages acquisitions, development agreements and finance. Together they make a fantastic team where the client is always the priority and main focus.

They consult with each other daily on the future marketing of the company and future projects.

Adam and Zac have one vision for all our customers. We are here to offer the best value for money investment or home money can buy. Our dream is to make our clients maximum profit on all developments so they will come back and buy again and again. Samantha Rice is a vital team member of the successful momentum property solutions team as Portfolio Manager. She brings extremely high levels of customer service and an accurate, hard working and honest work ethic.

Most previously employed at one of the United Kingdom’s largest interior design companies, specializing in show homes, she has a sound knowledge of the property market both here and abroard.

She will be the first point of contact for all existing and new customers throughout the construction period.
